5K Run/Walk for Promoting Health of Underserved Communities

What is the 5K run/walk being held for?

This is the 3rd annual 5K run/walk being held to spread awareness and promote health for underserved communities.

What is the role of Service Beyond Borders for this cause?

We hold clinics in the US, in Northern Virginia region, in the underserved communities. We provide checking, medicines, and additional tests that may be required for individuals who do not have insurance.

How do I sign up?

Runners will receive a race shirt and bottled water. Be sure to register before September 4th for early bird tickets.

About the Trail:

The Trail is paved trail around the lake. 

What to bring for the Run?

Bug Spray, Sun screen, Hat/cap, closed shoes, wear loose fitting clothing to cover skin, exposed skin can get allergies and bites.

Where can I pick up registration packets?

Registration packets will be available at the event day at 8:30 am.
